Christmas is a time for getting people together, and at The Plough Inn we’re making it easy to do just that.
Whether you’re planning the work Christmas party, getting the family together, meeting friends for a festive lunch or simply fancy a good meal at your local during December, there’s plenty happening at The Plough this Christmas.
Our Festive Menu is available from 23 November – 24 December 2026, excluding Sundays, with two courses for £29.50 per person or three courses for £34.50 per person. It runs alongside our normal main menu, so visiting The Plough during December doesn’t mean you have to book a Christmas meal.
Come in for lunch, dinner, Sunday lunch, a drink at the bar or a full festive celebration. Christmas at The Plough can be as festive as you want to make it.

Festive Finger Buffet for Larger Christmas Parties
Our Festive Finger Buffet is £17.50 per person and is available for parties of 20 people or more.
The buffet includes a selection of open sandwiches, including fish finger, chicken Caesar and heritage tomato, alongside Scotch eggs, venison and cranberry sausage rolls, king prawn shooters, duck parfait crostini and tandoori chicken wings.
For dessert, there are chocolate fudge brownies and honey tart crème brûlée, followed by tea and coffee.
The Festive Buffet is not available on Sundays and requires a £5 per person deposit when booking.
